About me

" I was born in July 1995 and I currently live in Witbank,
South Africa, with my parents and older brother. School keeps me very
busy, but I find time to pursue my photography nonetheless. From my
earliest memories, my family has always been great lovers of nature,
and we use every opportunity to escape to the bush for a break from
the demands of life in the city. I first started photography in 2008,
mostly by commandeering dad's Canon 400D! However, it is when I joined
an online photography club (www.outdoorphoto.co.za), that things
really took off for me. I was delighted to receive a Canon 40D and
100-400 lens for my 13th birthday, and this rich blessing allowed me
to really express my enthusiasm for this hobby. Since the Kruger
National Park is close to us, this is where I have done most of my
photography thus far. I have fallen in love with the great beauty of
this area, and hopefully will have many more opportunities to capture
images there."
